THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO BRAVED THE WEATHER ON SATURDAY

We proved we can cope with almost anything and despite the soggyness we had croquet, Frisbee and loads and loads and loads of food. Maybe next year if I suggest a picnic we someone could remind me of this year!!!!

As we get nearer to the big day we at Picnic Towers thought a detailed map was in order. Please see below. On Saturday we will mark our picnicking spot in a way that we won't be missed and will share exactly what to look out for nearer the time.

Its nearly here!!! Its time to dust off those picnic recipes and get your Pimms jugs out.

Here's what we plan to do

Saturday 7th August 2010

Meet at 2pm onwards

bring food, booze, games, friends, guitars and perhaps a witty AD story to share

Everyone welcome

Meet at Hyde Park just a little North of the boating lake

Nearest tube Marble Arch, Hyde Park Corner or Knightsbridge

Please note glass is not allowed in the park so we must be careful with wine bottles etc and we are also not allowed to BBQ (quite right too ) as it damages the grass.

I imagine by now you have all planned and practiced your picnic menu but please bring at least one dish to share.
